  • WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR HOLIDAY PACKAGES?

    Our holiday packages include round-trip flight tickets, hotel stay with daily breakfast, airport transfers, a Holiday Factory representative at destination & travel insurance.

    * All taxes and baggage allowance per person are also included.

    * Travel Insurance is currently included in packages departing from the UAE only.

  • WHO IS A HOLIDAY FACTORY REPRESENTATIVE/ TOUR GUIDE?

    We strive to provide a complete holiday experience for our customers. A local Holiday Factory representative is a service we include on complimentary basis in every holiday package, this ensures our customers are taken care of every step of the way by Holiday Factory teams. Our representatives welcome you at the airport, transfer you to your hotel and ensure you are happy. They offer the best tours in the city, and guide you on all the must-do’s; where to eat, what to avoid and any additional information you may need during your stay. Our representatives are available on call during your holiday if any challenges may arise. You can book your tours directly with our representatives when at destination, or you can purchase the tours in advance from our Customer Care support line in Dubai, UAE (04 701 4000).

  • Are sightseeing tours included in the packages?

    Sightseeing tours are not included in our packages unless mentioned. Tours can be booked directly at destination with our representatives or prior to departure from our Customer Care support line in Dubai, UAE 04 701 4000. The tours are at discounted prices, for all our valuable customers.

  • WHICH TRAVEL INSURANCE IS OFFERED IN PACKAGES AND WHAT DOES IT COVER?

    All Holiday Factory customers receive complimentary Travel Insurance included in their holiday packages. In partnership with the largest insurance company in the Middle East; Alliance Insurance, our Travel Insurance covers emergency medical coverage with Emergency Medical Expenses. Both accident and sickness events are covered to the value of USD 50,000. The travel insurance meets standards of Schengen visa countries, which are acceptable during the time of Schengen visa processing.

    Very Important Information: Travel Insurance is mandatory in most countries, including those with “Visa On Arrival” or “Visa Free” policies. It is usually required to show proof of insurance during check-in before departure, or during immigration procedures at arrival to your destination.

  • ARE VISAS PROVIDED WITH HOLIDAY PACKAGES?

    Many of our holiday destinations are “Visa Free” or “Visa on Arrival”. However, we don’t provide Visas with our holiday packages unless stated within the package.

    Obtaining visas is the sole responsibility of the traveler(s) prior to the travel dates. We support your visa application by providing the necessary travel documents which are accepted by all visa centers.

  • What is the price for children when booking crazy deals?

    A child below 2 years old is charged a discounted infant fee of AED 300 only. A child above 2 years old at travel time is considered an adult and a full-priced holiday voucher under his/her name is to be purchased.

  • HOW TO PURCHASE OUR HOLIDAY PACKAGES?

    All our packages are bookable online via our website. Buying our holiday packages is extremely simple. All you need to do is to select your favorite deal and pay via debit/ credit card. Voila!   • CAN I CHANGE THE RETURN FLIGHT DATES OR EXTEND MY STAY AFTER CONFIRMING MY BOOKING?

    Amending the return flight and duration of stay without the relevant hotel can be made but it must be advised and confirmed at least 4 days before the departure date. Please note that changes are subject to availability and there might be charges depending on the time in which the request is made. For fees, please check our Terms & Conditions or contact our customer care team on 04 701 4000 for further assistance.

  • Can I confirm/check the availability of travel dates before purchasing the vouchers?

    Checking the availability before purchasing the holiday voucher is not possible. However, with our exclusive crazy deals, you have the advantage of 6 months travel validity to choose from any preferred travel date. We guarantee your travel dates, and in the unlikely event of seats being sold out / flight not operational, we guarantee +/- 1 day from your preferred date.

  • HOW CAN I GET A PACKAGE WITH FIXED TRAVEL DATES?

    For packages with fixed travel dates, you can use our online booking engine on the homepage. You can as well contact our Customer Care Support on 04 701 4000 and a dedicated agent will book the travel dates you are interested in.

  • Are the Public Holidays / EID holidays included in the crazy deal vouchers?

    Public holidays and EID holidays are announced separately and not included in the crazy deal vouchers.

  • How can i book for a Public Holiday/EID holiday package?

    These special deals can be found in the Public Holiday/EID Holiday section. You can directly follow the steps and book or contact our Customer Care team on 04 701 4000 and a dedicated agent will book the deal for you.

  • Can I refund my holiday voucher if I change my mind?

    Please refer to our general terms & conditions for the cancellation policy.

  • Can i exchange my Gift voucher for cash?

    Holiday Factory gift vouchers can only be used for redemption against holiday packages available on our website. These vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash value.

  • Can i refund my Gift voucher?

    Unredeemed Gift Vouchers are non-refundable
