  • What does your package include?

    Our packages include return flight tickets, hotels with breakfast, airport transfer, Holiday Factory representative s. All taxes and baggage allowance per person also included.

  • Are the visa charges included in the price of the package?

    We do not provide assistance with visa processing, however we do supply confirmed travel documents which are necessary for the visa processing.

  • How long does it take for the European/Schengen visa to be processed?

    It is 15 working days, after making an appointment with the Embassy

  • What is the price for children for the Crazy Deals?

    Full price vouchers have to be purchased for children over 24 months old.

  • Are public holidays/EIDs included in the Crazy Deal vouchers?

    No, for the EID or any public holidays in UAE we announce our special offers on our website (subject to availability).

  • Is the Tour Guide included in the packages?

    Tours are included only in the holiday deals that specifically mention this on our website. Otherwise, for most of our destinations, tours and excursions are provided by our Holiday Factory Representative, once the passenger arrives at the destination.

  • Can I combine any two countries together?

    No, unfortunately you can only choose to travel with the existing Europe offers that we provide.

  • Can I change the return flight or extend my stay during my trip?

    No, once a booking has been confirmed, any amendments must be advised of and confirmed at least 4 days before the departure date.

  • Could you provide 2 different hotels in the same country?

    Unfortunately, no, however passengers can extend their trip without the use of our hotel, free of charge, and they can arrange their own accommodation accordingly.

  • Can I confirm/check availability of the travel dates before purchasing the vouchers?

    No, the travel dates under the vouchers are subject to availability, however you can request for a quotation for a confirmed booking with a specific date from our sales team instead. Please call our Call Centre Agents on 04 701 4000 and we will be happy to assist you.

  • Can I refund my Gift voucher for cash?

    Yes, you can refund the entire amount or a balance left on your gift voucher for cash with a cancellation fee of AED 100.

  • Can I use my gift voucher amount against multiple bookings?

    Yes, you can redeem your gift voucher against multiple bookings on the condition that all the bookings are done on the same day.
