Positive COVID-19 before flight departure from UAE

1. If the customer has a positive test report, it is mandatory to contact the call center immediately on 04 701 4000 and send the official laboratory test results report to info@holiday-factory.com latest by 12 hours before the flight timing. (Note: SMS test results would not be accepted).
2. The customer can request a new travel date at the same time or advise to keep the booking open for future travel.
3. Full credit of the booking amount can be used for the same pax with the same destination to travel in the future.
4. Credit Validity is 6 months only.

Positive COVID-19 at destination

1. If the customer has a positive test report, he/she is recommended to inform the representative or the call center immediately on +971 4 701 4000 and send the official laboratory test results report to info@holiday-factory.com (Note: SMS test results would not be accepted).
2. For further assistance, contact the insurance company immediately on +971 4 436 5653.
3. Return Date will be kept open until pax is recovered and ready to travel back to Dubai.
4. Pax can request the new travel date up to no less than 24 hours before the flight timing.

Free of charge amendment or cancellation is applicable for pax with positive COVID-19 case only. For the remaining passengers within the same booking, general terms and conditions apply.
